Email Simplifications Goals

The ultimate goal is to have one and only one point of access for email. This will prevent synchronization nightmares (e.g. Didn’t I delete that email?). Here is there generally strategy.

1. Avoid using Outlook on the desktop computer.
2. Avoid using Mac Mail on the iPad.
3. Instead, use Shaw Webmail only to access email from all your devices.
4. Once you are familiar with this approach, we will remove Outlook and Mac Mail.
