Basic Steps

1. Click the Shaw Webmail icon on the dock.
2. The Shaw Webmail login page will open (unless you’re already logged in).
3. Log in with your username and password.
4. Shaw Webmail will open.

Trouble Shooting

The Shaw Webmail icon is not in the dock.

This might happen when your battery runs out completely. You can add the icon back to your dock as follows:

1. Open Safari.
2. In the address bar, type webmail.shaw.ca.
3. Then press Go.
4. Shaw webmail will open.
5. To the left of the address bar, click the box with the upward arrow.
6. Then click Add to home screen.
7. Then click Add.
8. The Shaw Webmail icon will display on your home screen.
9. Press and hold the icon until it jiggles.
10. Then drag it to the dock.
11. Press and release the Home button to stop the jiggling.
12. Good.
